Garage Conversion

The objective of this project was to turn a neglected garage of a single-family home into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that the couple could later on offer it as a short-rental or as a guest house. The solution we offered managed to effectively fit a kitchen area, a dining area, a full sized wardrobe, a living room, a working area, a bathroom and a laundry room in no more than 300 sqf while also using 80% of the initial budget in the course of one month
